Shipping Policy
Due to the range of artworks we offer, we we do not have a "one-size-fits-all" shipping policy! Please refer to the product page for the artwork you would like to purchase to see how the artist will deliver their artworks to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once you receive your order, you will have a 14-day cooling off period during which time you are welcome to get in touch again in case you decide that the items are not quite right. Please note, made to order items are non-refundable.

We will exchange or refund items (excluding made to order items) provided that:
- You email us at lakesideartshop@gmail.com to let us know you wish to exchange or return your item
- We receive the return within 28 days of purchase
- The item is returned in its original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged etc)
- The return is posted in a secure package. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure we receive the item. We cannot complete a return or refund if the item is lost whilst being returned to us.
- Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs and unfortunately as a collective of artists we are unable to offer free returns.
